| Job Description: |
- IR related documents/data verification and Prepare reports regarding findings and suggestions/recommendations to improve the internal controls.
- Pre and post Audit of salary, overtime, medical bills, TADA, leaves, late sitting, attendance allowance, dust allowance, meal expenses, contractor bills, milk & jiggery distribution etc.
- Analyze, Reconcile and verify all HR/IR internal documents, previous reports, data etc.
- Reconciles documentation to ascertain the accuracy and to ensure the adherence/compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Monthly and quarterly audit of employees’ personal files.
- Scrutiny of final settlements and liaison with finance for the payments.
- To liaise with SAP team for the data input and development of cross verification process.
