• Good command on Galileo and Sabre (Airline Reservations System)

• Must know how to search for Flights, Hotels and what information will be required to process the queries.

• Can advise clients on travel arrangements

• Must have telemarketing experience and great communication skills

• English language is a must (spoken and written)

• Must be great on the phone, have an outgoing personality, be able to handle rejection well, be positive, and have an “can do” attitude

• Must have a strong work ethic and desire to grow in the company

• Must be punctual
