Horizon Technologies is looking Sales & Marketing Executives.

The Sales & Marketing Manager who  will primarily be responsible for following:

• The candidates will be preferd  with prior sales and marketing experience in the field of IT related services and products along with strong background in CCTV sales.

  Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

  Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities

  
  


• Communicate between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management


• 
  

  Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare marketing plans determining specific organization product family needs.Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.

  
  


• Researching potential target industries and customers.

• calling prospects and clients

• generating leads

• directing calls/leads to appropriate associates

• distributing emails and maintaining the flow of correspondence

• be courteous and have proper phone etiquette. 

• Making and Sending quotation to Potential Customers

• Converting Leads into Sales

  Sending marketing emails to customers via the CRM.

  
  

Candidate should be able to work in a team. Initial job training would be provided.
