Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Marketing, Engineering (Mechatronics/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the ventilation business especially in Poultry or Piggery or Greenhouse or Industrial sector in Asia Pacific or related field is required for this position.
- Experience in agricultural/industry/HVAC.
- Highly integrated attitude and team player with high integrity and independence.
- This job requires extensive traveling.
- Training will be provided in Malaysia/Holland
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, supporting and servicing the dealers/distributors related needs of an assigned set of strategic customers.
- Identify & developing business opportunities in assigned territory with the objective of achieving group sales targets.
- Understand customer’s requirements & be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with the assistance of the professional technical team.
- Conduct sales-oriented presentation & discussions with customers & prepares relevant correspondence for the closure of sales.
- To develop business potential with new and existing customers in Agricultural Sectors and Industrial.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- Assist in the development for marketing initiatives and programs.
