REQUIREMENTS

• B. Tech / B.Sc Mechanical Engineer with at least 05-7 Years Experience in Managing the Following Departments in an Engineering Industry (Preferably Auto Parts Manufacturing) Production Planning & Quality Control.
• Should possess excellent skills in MS Office (SAP Knowledge will be an addition).
• The Applicant should be experienced enough to handle day to day running matters of the Industry and report to the Higher Management.
• Should posses Excellent Problems Solving Techniques, Production Planning Methods, Mechanical Drawings Study, and Departmental Coordination / Correspondence skills with the Customers as well.
• Should possess Good Knowledge of Japanese Production Systems, 5S, KAIZEN, Material Management, Work Floor Management.

Preference will be given to the candidates experienced in Auto Parts Manufacturing Companies

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan the Diversified Production Schedules with complete Study & Analysis
• Meeting Deadlines with Data / Graphs interpretation.
• Prepare the Feasibility Reports of the Projects and present to the Higher Management
• Make improvement Plans for the Speedy and worthy business proceedings
• Give Training on the Technical Aspects for achieving better results from the subordinates
• Negotiate with the stake holders for a feasible business activity.
• Keep and manage the required information in updated form.
• Minimize the Wastages / loopholes of processing time, Rework, via Study and effective monitoring.
• Make good and Effective Preventive Measures Plan for any Discrepancies.
• Take immediate steps for making in time and Quality Tooling / Parts completion.
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
• Salary Range 70k to 80k / Depending on Experience
