Quality Resource a multinational digital marketing company is looking for the Recruitment Executive for the Tech Department hiring’s.T
He ideal candidate will be required to perform the following Job duties as a Recruitment Executive:
- Screening and shortlisting the potential candidates by conducting their telephonic interviews.
- Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions if required.
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
- Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit.
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
- Track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels.
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Guide and facilitate candidates negotiation process through its completion.
- Conducting HR orientation of the newly hired staff.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Coordinating with relevant department manager and candidates for scheduling interview timings and days.
- Conducting exit interviews with employees and recording and updating them accordingly in the employee feedback list.
- Preparing and posting company job opportunities at different Recruitment channels.
