 As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

·        Day-to-day operations management

·        Handling client quarries

·        Manage accurate records of internal operations

·        Maintain client books and manage data entry in accounting software

·        Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain service value

·        Manage the deliverable deadlines

·        Manage team schedules and calls with clients

·        Independently run day-to-day operations

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification and experience:

·        Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Marketing

·        At least 5 years of working experience preferably in an accounting firm/managing team

·        Excellent written and communication skills in English

·        Excellent active English listening skills

·        Ability to collect, track, process and analyze large amount of data

·        Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

·        Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company

·        Extensive knowledge of accounting and eCommerce

·        Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, MYOB, etc

·        Agile and self-reliant personality
