Job Duties:
- To answer the telephone promptly and clearly, ensuring a courteous and friendly manner.
- To maintain an accurate filing system.
- Assists with any clients, answers incoming telephone calls, forwards call to the appropriate party, or takes a message.
- Provide information about establishments, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Daily reports/receipts should balance with all payment takings.
- Must possess multi-task handling ability and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
