We are looking for experienced/fresh Sales Representatives to respond to potential clients’ pro-actively through Live Chat/Call/Email and generate sales. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner and have ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a call center job and the selected candidates would be required to provide end-to-end support to their clients (from order placement to product delivery). Call Center experience (UK/USA campaign) can be a plus point in final selection procedure.

• Ability to understand Western English Accents (Mostly American or British)

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Punctual & respectful to work ethics
• Eagerness to thoroughly see through a customer order from inquiry - production - delivery
• Should have good typing speed
• Able work in night shift (5 working days per week)
