Get queries of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials from existing/new customers, float them to existing/new vendors; take prices, negotiate and make quotations, whirls utilizing excellent communication skills.

• Be very attentive & responsive on Emails and Telephone toward customers and suppliers to provide excellent services for sustainable business relationships.
• The job will require an excessive use of Emails, Messengers, Online search Engines such as Google and some specific to Chemical Search Engines to find New Vendors of Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
• Also the organization have its own Database of Chemical Imports and Suppliers in different formats which will be required to explored several times during your day to day working.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to assess their future needs, delivery/dispatches, under process shipments and any after-sales queries.
• Follow organizations' set patterns, defined guidelines and given targets.
• Possess skills of drafting, decision making, self driven, pressure handling, documentation, punctuality and consistency.
