| Job Description: |
The candidate will perform the following major tasks:
- Orders Procurement, Processing, Return Management, and Placing
- Monthly accounting of Orders sheet
- Working on Pricing of the products
- The main focus should be on orders Procurement/Purchasing/Pricing.
- Send Purchase Orders to Supplier
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Manage Returns of the order from Customer
- Creates shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Give customer service on order status
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Must have prior experience in Purchasing or Procurement with International companies.
Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PK Time (Third Shift Night)
Compensation: Basic Salary with 5K Transport Allowance + Annual Bonus + Medical insurance after completing 3 months of probation + 4% uncapped commission.
