We need a qualified operational manager who should be well disciplined and qualified and should have ability to manage the operations of surgical instruments company He should have the ability to manage the team of supervisors and should play a lead  role In providing financial and operational support to the senior management

He should be able to manage :

• Total production process 
• Regular Attendances of labor 
• In all departments supervisors are present so he should be able to lead them all in targets provided by the company so that they can be achieved in the given time frame 
• We will provide good salary package of 80000.
• He should strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
• He should have minimum 5 years experience of operational management.

If he does his work with all his energy in a better manner and the company observes visible progress and growth of the company so will increase his pay and benefits Accordingly.
