- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery.
- Interact with global clients over phone/Skype etc. Interaction and explaining sessions for project requirement to technical team
- Generating leads and new business from online bidding portals.
- Strong technical background with experience in technical sales/ IT sales.
- Finding new business through various resources.
- Help with Business Development Managers to Deal Negotiations, Finalizing Deals with clients.
- Should have excellent writing skills.
- Generate business through online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn & Email Marketing.
- Must be good at writing detailed proposals.
- Understand the client’s requirements.
- Submit complete and professional bids on time with follow-ups.
- Must be good at communication with clients.
