Job Description: |
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor for a BPO company who can lead and motivate BPO agents.
Responsibilities :
- Train, motivate and manage a team of BPO representatives.
- Assist HR Manager in the recruitment process.
- Monitor team of representatives, their progress, preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine BPO goals
- Support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have
- Strong verbal communications skills.
- Strong leadership qualities to build and lead the team.
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Ability to identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements.
- Ability to perform even under pressure.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Time management and organizational skills
- Coaching and People Management skills
- Strong knowledge BPO organisation’s structure and functions
Educational requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
- Candidates having 1-2 year of experience will be preferred.
