| Job Description: |
Call Center Agents / Customer Sales Representatives.
Requirements :
- Strong Command on spoken and written English
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a Professional manner.
- Follow communication “scripts”
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Have exceptional selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
- Punctual and Hardworking
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
Job Details :
- Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM.
- Monday to Friday.
- 9 Hours Shift with 1 Hour Lunch Break.
- Fixed Salary and Big Commissions.
- Performance Based Bonuses
- Starting Salary : 25000 to 65000 per month depending on Capabilities and Experience.
