1.    Day to day Operations in Local Procurement and keeping track of dispatched goods/materials.

2.    Searching of profitable suppliers to procure cost effective materials, coordinating with R&D team for briefs and test reports.

3.    Price and payment terms negotiation with the local vendors/Manufacturers.

4.    Leading vendor’s development and relationship programs.

5.    Strong co-ordination with ‘’Operations’’, “R&D”, and ‘’Sales’’ teams regarding inventory planning, replenishment, and quality.

6.    In Time Order placement through ‘’ERP’’ and ‘’PO’’ postings etc.

7.    Ensure agility and speed, with a hands-on approach, to meet urgent requirement for Production.

8.    Price comparisons and reports submission to the ‘’Head of Supply Chain’’ and “COO”.

9.    Close co-ordination with R&D Team for the new product development tasks.

10.  Ensure compliance with all SOPs.

11.  Strong follow up on the materials ordered or In-transit consignments till timely deliveries at Factory.

12.  Handle inbound material rejections.

13.  Cost effective transportation / Logistics arrangements of the procured material.
