| Job Description: |
- Following-up on orders from the time they are placed by the buyers till their final delivery as per time & quality standards committed to the clients.
- Oversee and deliver ready-to-wear collections per year, in addition to exclusives and tailored orders across both Runway and ready-to-wear.
- Constantly review and implement new processes and structure to improve quality, lead-times and deliveries.
- Establishing relationship with buyers and dealing with vendor / production sources for profitable product merchandising.
- Create and manage seasonal critical path for Development, Production, from grading and post-market pattern work through to final deliveries.
- Maintaining the track for design and implementation of reporting procedures to enhance customer-satisfaction ratings.
- Manage and update Fabric Sourcing and product Development with seasonal range plan and fabric grid.
- Manage and coordinate pre-production and fit meetings and ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently in line with critical path deadlines.
- Manage and present end-of-seasonal analysis of Production in terms of suppliers, costs and sales.
- Identifying and developing vendor sources for achieving cost effective purchases.
- Oversee and build supplier relationships to ensure all suppliers meet and maintain delivery, quality and margin expectations.
- Negotiate production payment terms, prices, quantities and delivery dates. Ensure that costing and margin targets are met across the department each season.
- Regular visits to ensure production is running smoothly. Solve issues efficiently in a timely manner to maintain confirmed delivery dates.
- Management of QC process at factory ensuring highest quality product is shipped to stores.
