| Job Description: |
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Planning Control Officer for our textile manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in woven cloth production planning, grey planning, inspection, and issuance, planning and scheduling of outsource printing, production control on dispatching, cutting follow-ups, inspections and packing including quality control process, and dispatch order follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and procedures for woven cloth production.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of grey planning, inspection, and issuance.
- Plan and schedule outsource printing to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and control production to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Coordinate with the cutting team to ensure timely and accurate cutting of fabric.
- Conduct inspections and packing, including quality control process, to ensure the final product meets the required standards.
- Follow-up with the dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Textile Engineering or a related field)
- Proven experience in production planning and control in the textile sector, specifically in woven cloth production.
- Familiarity with grey planning, inspection, and issuance.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills for outsource printing.
- Experience in production control and dispatching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
