| Job Description: |
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Developing sales strategies. Working with higher management to identify and manage company risks that might prevent the growth of Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new individual clients and businesses
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole via cold calling, emailing, messaging, and chatting as and when appropriate.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including successful sales, call/bids completed, opportunities qualified, and deals closed from meetings
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients satisfaction through high-quality project delivery & efficiency.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Training team players in the Business Development team. Developing KPIs for them and managing their performance.
- Developing and executing strategies for generating business for the company (B2B and B2C).
- Contact prospects, including via cold calling, emailing, messaging, and chatting as and when appropriate.
