Must Have Strong Knowledge:
- Effective Communication, Interpersonal & Organizational Skills.
- In-depth Knowledge of labor law and HR best Practices.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Experience & Qualification:

- Over 1-year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working with product-based teams and collaborating.
- Experience in working with tech companies would be a plus.
