Tremolo Music School is looking for a Female Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the school's front desk, handling client inquiries, and managing the school's database. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the school's clients and must be able to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the school
• Answer client inquiries and provide information about the school's programs and services
• Manage the school's database which includes students' information, class timings, attendance and workflow of teachers and staff
• Schedule and coordinate students classes with teachers and staff
• Process payments and issue receipts to clients
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and printing
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
• Perform other school duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Punctual and well-dressed

Willingness to undergo a 7-day training period to learn about our School, our programs and services, and to allow us to monitor her performance
