| Job Description: |
- Office Maintenance, Housekeeping / Cleanliness of Premises, director’s & staff’s washrooms (as per cleanliness chart).
- Manage office supplies stock.
- Arrangement of meetings in office and outdoor.
- Guests Protocol (pick & drop etc.)
- Arrangement of Travelling of Directors, Guests and staff.
- Arrangement of Accommodations of Directors, Guests and staff.
- Schedule in-house and external events.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- To check and maintain Power Generator, Water Pump, their Repairing & Log Books.
- To check and maintain Company Vehicles record, log books, Repairing & Maintenance, Fuel Budget, and Tokens etc.
- Dealing with WAPDA/LESCO, LDA, WASA, PTCL, Social Security & EOBI Departments.
- CEO / Directors personal & domestic tasks.
- Coordinate with other office departments regarding documentation, transportation, managing logistics and other daily matters.
- Dealing with office boys and drivers to assign their duties.
- Prepare suggestions for development / maintenance of office and proposed budget thereof.
- Other administrative related responsibilities as per requirement..
