- Incumbent will be responsible for the sale of Industrial machinery in the specified region or major geographical areas defined by department head.
- This position will provide input and participate for the business development, market intelligence and continuous target oriented nature having extensive relationship with Companies, Contractors, Distributers, Dealer’s and related target Audience.
- Manage existing clients/distributors of the assigned area.
- Roll out annual Distributor programs.
- To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting mpnthly targets.
- To ensure the Key Performance Indicators for Volumes & Gross Margins are delivered as per plan Work with the Functional Managers to implement the Market Space strategies.
- B2B/B2C environment for developing and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly.
- Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets.
- Increase market penetration to develop & increase the retail base.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Textile, or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Significant experience in textile sales and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of the textile industry and general business trends.
• Ability to identify and positively influence key decision makers and influencer's.
• Positive “can-do” attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment.
• Ability to successfully interact across business functions, from TechoTex Textiles to the field sales members and independent dealers.
