i3RL or as we call it "Thrill" is a young and energetic organisation. At i3RL, we pride ourselves on providing innovative software solutions and services over Microsoft and Android technologies.
We are looking for a female who could work autonomously and assist Executive and HR.
Job Specification
Essential skills:
- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Manage staff attendance
- Liaison with staff, and candidate
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Organise events and conferences
- Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Miscellaneous tasks to support manager/executive (to ensure that the business is being run properly)
