Job Description:

i3RL or as we call it "Thrill" is a young and energetic organisation. At i3RL, we pride ourselves on providing innovative software solutions and services over Microsoft and Android technologies.

We are looking for a female who could work autonomously and assist Executive and HR.

Job Specification

Essential skills:

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manage staff attendance
  • Liaison with staff, and candidate
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Organise events and conferences
  • Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support manager/executive (to ensure that the business is being run properly)
