Job Description: |
- Analyze the clients’ business requirements, application and technological needs to recommend the appropriate configurations for solutions / services offerings to ensure optimum utilization of fully integrated client solutions.
- Where required, liaise and agree with 3rd party providers to find innovative ways to integrate component software to provide a complete design for the client requirements.
- Proactively support the sales process providing customized demonstrations using customer’s own data/applications to provide observable proof of the integration of workflow within the customer environment.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that all proposals have the correct proportion of support revenue specified.
- Also ensuring appropriate profitability and an ability to present the value proposition to the customer for all technical services and solutions, differentiating this from competitive offerings.
- Define and manage the customer acceptance testing activity.
- Ensure requirements are agreed and documented with appropriate success criteria.
- Conduct or manage file/application testing, configuration documentation and clone file creation.
- Lead or participate in the technical implementation of client’s solutions to include device and network configuration software installation, application development and implementation of supported products, solutions and services.
- Conduct activities (documentation, clone’s files, etc.) to transition support to steady state.
- Utilizes system analysis techniques to resolve network communications, file submission, application workflows, image quality and data stream programming issues that affect print / image output in support of hotline escalation (as required).
- Maintain on-going customer relations, identifying and promoting any additional opportunities for applications and revenue growth to include fee based Professional Services.
- Display a professional image in all interactions with customers to ensure that Xerox is perceived as the company of choice.
- Maintain a high level of expertise on Xerox and industry standard solutions, 3rd party application software offerings, client operating system / application software and network environments.
