The ideal candidate should:

Hold a Bachelors/Master's degree from a reputable institution. Have 3+ years distribution experience in food industry and with strong professional network in Lahore. The individual is responsible for the development & execution of marketing initiatives and projects to boost sales in Pakistan. They are expected to develop and deploy marketing tactics and best practices, creating actionable insights on the drivers of markets & consumers.

Job Objective:

Increase sales of salt and spices, along with distribution network in Lahore and across Pakistan.

Job Description:

• Follow & analyze food industry for salt and spices as well as factors driving consumer trends, identify opportunities for growth, and working closely with distributors.


• Presenting recommendations based on appropriate data and insights on a continuous basis.


• Map out a comprehensive marketing plan, from creation of marketing materials & sales tools; trend presentations, market insights presentations and product launch presentations.


• Develop social media marketing campaigns to increase sales, with daily activities including:


• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers across all social media.


• Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales.


• Design, create and manage promotions, social ad campaigns and all published content (images, video and written).


• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.


• Monthly reporting to management on sales results.


• Stay abreast of developments in the food industry relative to our customer base, regulations and new markets.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ year’s relevant (B2B) marketing experience esp. in food industry and working with distributors.


• Ability to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers that can be referenced in future sales cycles.


• Excellent marketing and project management skills.


• Excellent communicator, compelling presenter and strong written and oral communication skills in English. 


• Personality type: Customer-focused mindset, hands-on mentality, self-starting, and business savviness.


• Full professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written), additional languages an advantage.


• Excellent with PowerPoint, Excel and social media.
