To leade a team of Professionals.

To be responsible for timely delivery of all molds and dies.

To ensure quality of the molds.

To train and develop a team of young engineers.

To ensure maintenace of all equipment of the mold shop.

To be able to bring new technology and Reserach and Development to ensure competitve advantage.

SHould have miniumum 10 years experience in making Plastic Injection/ blow molds

Moldflow,CNC operation
