Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Admin Officer to perform a variety of administrative Duties includes but not limited to:

Administrative

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
  • Maintain and manage administrative staff.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Book travel arrangements.

Required Skills:
Work well under pressure,Good Negotiation Skills,Ms Office (Excel in particular),Excellent administration skills,fantastic interpersonal skills
