Currently, we are looking for "Product Marketing Analyst" for evening shift; Ideal candidate must be responsible for following duties,
Job Description:
- Business Strategy Leadership for the CRM Database and Analytics platform (Google Analytics) leveraging the CRM platform to understand, analyze, and optimize customer lifetime value
- Managing Hub Spot (CRM) including making lists, filters, and sequences
- Ensure, Monitor and Assure Compliance of all the Sales Members. These include all the Activities in Hub Spot namely:
- Log Meetings
- Creating and Logging Meeting/Call Notes
- Lead Status
- Lead Lifecycle Stage
- Deal Stages
- Creating Tasks (Follow up, Call, Email, Proposal, To-Do)
- Update important Contact Properties information i.e. First name, Last name, Job title, Company Name, LinkedIn URL, Company Size, Region, State/Region, Country.
- Providing knowledge and reminding the importance of bcc'ing to HubSpot, record calls in HubSpot, meetings through SnagIt, and GoToMeeting usage.
- Making Information easily accessible to Sales Team to save their time and efforts. This Include sharing the necessary location paths of files to them.
- Ensure leads, deals and form submissions will be followed up on time.
- Identify areas and opportunities to improve the customer journey through new data points, emerging tools, and technologies.
- Optimize HubSpot by removing irrelevant data
- ABM management of Sales Team including but not limited to:
- Campaigns guidelines should be followed
- Content Templates should be used
- Campaigns Stats maintained in Master-file
- Time/Day to consider when sending emails
- Replies send on time
Qualification:
-Bachelors or Masters from HEC Recognized top universities; major in Marketing/ Business.
-Past Internships experience in the same domain
Skills:
-Data analysis: The ability to analyze large volumes of data and determine marketing insight based on the observed trends and patterns.
-Reporting: A written report on the effectiveness of a particular event such as a marketing campaign.
-Handling assignments effectively: Recommend more efficient and productive ways to complete the task with an approach towards creativity and problem-solving.
-Process: Formulating structured methods to implement a process that could have a yes or no outcome.
-Problem-solving: Identifying a problem, research solution, and gathering data to propose strategic/ practical solutions.
-CRM, Hub spot certified professional will be preferred
