Job Description: |
- Developed sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets.
- Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desire results and to cultivate strong relationship with current and potential dealers especially with Wholesalers.
- Market Intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc. And communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
- Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels against Planning and Forecasting.
- Distribution Management through via software to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KBI’s, GTM, GTD, Inventory Management etc.
- Zone / Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation, Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis.
- To Perform other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
