| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service team. Set clear goals and objectives for the customer service representatives. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to achieve desired results. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Develop and maintain customer service procedures, policies, and standards. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Analyze customer service data and use insights to make informed decisions. Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer service metrics and achievements.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Fluent in English |
