Currently we are looking for talented individuals with a minimum of 1 year of call centre experience to be a part of our ever-expanding team as Product Specialist. In this role, you\\\'ll have the opportunity to guide US clients about our services and contribute to our success.

Job Summary:

We are seeking proactive and results-oriented Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects, promoting our products/services, and securing sales or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Sales & Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to encourage customer interest and secure sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for follow-up.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions, sales outcomes, and relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and manage a pipeline of prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
  • Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the team and management regarding customer responses and market trends.


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 Year of previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call centre environment is preferred.


  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Resilience and persistence in reaching sales goals.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software and systems.


  • Competitive Salary Ranging from Rs 40,000 – Rs 50,000 per month.
