Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree, MBA Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3-4 years of sales experience
- Sales experience in Paints, Tiles, PVC products, wall panels, steel, glass, aluminium etc.
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
