MFG Precision Pros Located in Peshawar is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer with over 3 years of experience in programming, designing, and optimizing CNC machining operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can interpret technical drawings, develop CNC programs, and enhance machining processes to meet precise specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs for machining centers, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure the accuracy of CNC programs.
• Create detailed CAD models and CAM programs using industry-standard software.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and make adjustments to optimize machining performance.
• Maintain detailed records of programs, tool lists, and setup sheets.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD/CAM Programmer in a precision machining environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Siemens NX.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
• Experience with G-code programming and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
• Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Knowledge of tooling selection and workholding techniques.
