| Job Description: |
Measurement System Analysis (MSA):
Ensure measuring tools and instruments are precise and calibrated.
Calibration:
- Plan and perform regular calibration of measuring devices (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers, CMM, height gauges).
Quality Assurance Support:
- Verify that manufactured parts meet dimensional tolerances.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to support inspections and audits.
- CMM Programming/Operation:
- Use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to check 3D part accuracy.
Documentation:
- Maintain calibration records and metrology standards compliance (e.g., ISO 17025).
