We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Extrusion Engineer to join our dynamic team. Extrusion Engineer Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, develop, and implement new extrusion processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to the extrusion process.
- Optimize existing extrusion processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate new process designs and process improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and records of all extrusion processes and process improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
Extrusion Engineer Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
- Experience with process simulation and modelling software.
- Experience with data analysis and process optimization.
- Knowledge of blow moulding and/or sheet extrusion processes.
- 5+ years of experience in extrusion engineering or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of plastic extrusion processes, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
