Job Description:

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual having BBA/MBA, 4 to 6 years of experience to manage the full cycle of customer orders from receipt to delivery. This role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams, managing client communication, ensuring timely order execution, and maintaining cost efficiency throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Receive, process, and monitor client orders, ensuring accuracy in terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

  • Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure orders are executed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange timely and accurate deliveries. Track shipments and ensure proper documentation.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of orders, production status, shipment details, and generate timely reports for management.

  • Enter and manage order data in ERP/MRP systems to ensure real-time tracking and information accuracy.
