Product Development & Sampling: Coordinate with buyers and design teams to understand seasonal requirements and ensure timely development of samples (proto, fit, salesman, and PP samples) for knits and denim.

Vendor Management: Source and evaluate factories/vendors for knits and denim categories. Monitor their performance in terms of product quality, timely delivery, and compliance.

Order Execution: Manage end-to-end order handling – from order placement to shipment. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and buyer requirements.

Costing & Negotiation: Work closely with vendors to obtain competitive pricing. Analyze consumption, negotiate costings, and maintain target margins.

TNA & Production Tracking: Prepare and manage time-and-action calendars. Follow up with factories for timely execution of orders and production milestones.

Quality Coordination: Collaborate with internal QA teams and external labs for fabric testing, fit approvals, and pre-final inspections.

Buyer Communication: Act as a key contact point for international buyers. Maintain daily communication to update on development, production status, and problem-solving.

Market & Trend Awareness: Stay updated with trends in fabric, wash techniques, trims, and sustainable practices especially in knits and denim categories.
