We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating B2B sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our range of commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients (e.g., factories, offices, institutions, banks, Hospitals, retail chains) for LED lighting solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to assess lighting requirements.

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely after-sales support.

• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure project delivery.

• Provide market feedback to management on customer needs, pricing, and competition.

• Maintain sales records and submit weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in lighting, electrical, or related industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of the corporate sales cycle and client relationship management.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.

• Must be willing to travel within the city or region as needed.
