Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Handle bulk recruitment drives effectively, meeting targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Maintain recruitment databases and submit daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:

3–4 years of proven experience in BPO hiring, bulk hiring, or in a staffing/recruitment agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
