Job Description:

Time Office Executive job is available in Kabirwala for a leading Manufacturing Company. And ideal candidate must have bachelor's degree along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in  time office/payroll handling (preferably in manufacturing or large workforce setup). The candidate must be familiar with payroll software (ERP, Excel-based systems, Power BI) and have knowledge of labor laws and statutory deductions.

The Time Office Executive's job role is to manage attendance, leave, shift rosters, and payroll data to ensure accurate salary processing and compliance with labor laws.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily attendance through biometric or manual systems.
  • Validate in/out punch data and identify irregularities (late arrivals, early departures, absenteeism).
  • Maintain shift rosters and update them as per departmental needs.
  • Manage overtime (OT) records and ensure approvals from concerned departments. 
  • Handle leave applications, approvals, and update leave records.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly attendance reports to management.
  • Handle matters regarding EOBI/PESSI
  • Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs (attendance, leave, OT, bonuses, deductions, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, statutory deductions (EOBI, PESSI, tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll disbursement.
  • Prepare and issue salary slips to employees.
  • Maintain employee records related to time, attendance, and payroll.
  • Ensure payroll processing complies with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing documents for audits and inspections related to wages and labor compliance.
  • Address employee queries related to attendance, salary, and leave.
  • Resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and attendance/payroll software/Power BI.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
